Service Description
Looking for some help with your ceremony at THE BRIM? This service takes all of the stress away, as our experienced coordinator manages your ceremony decor set up and tear down, bridal party entrance, musicians, and final ceremony details. Package includes one pre-wedding meeting, timeline help, and a complimentary rehearsal run by the coordinator. Sit back and enjoy your special ceremony, while we handle it all for you! Reserve coordination today for your BRIM wedding by letting us know you'd like to add it on to your booked ceremony! PACKAGE INCLUDES: • Coordinator on site for ceremony • Placement and coordination of ceremony decor • Tear down of ceremony decor • Vendor arrival timeline (florists, musicians, etc) • Ceremony details • A one-hour planning meeting • Complimentary rehearsal (scheduled per availability) with coordinator present
Cancellation Policy
For reception and PAID ceremony bookings, 50% of your total balance is due at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable deposit to hold your date, and the other 50% of your balance is due 60 days prior to your event. For FREE ceremonies only, if you notify The Brim at LEAST thirty (30) days in advance that you need to cancel or change your reserved time, you are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund. Any changes less than 30 days before your date will receive NO REFUND, regardless of the reason. Notification must be in an email and with acknowledged receipt! Rescheduled events may only be rescheduled to a date occurring in the same calendar year. There is a $200 reschedule fee.
