Service Description
We offer wedding ceremonies on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at these prices because we know there are those who may not be able to afford a nice wedding at today's typical rates. For these wedding ceremonies, we collect a $250 cancellation fee to insure that you are committed to your reservation. If you choose, we will give back your entire cancellation fee after your wedding. But if you are able, please consider covering what it costs us to host your wedding ($250), and "paying it forward" by giving $250 of your cancellation fee to help cover the cost of a wedding for those who can't afford it. Please understand that your wedding is not officially booked until we receive a signed contract and paid deposit from you. You will be contacted with more info on this. You can also add on a reception and extras for an additional, affordable rate. *If you choose to pay your deposit online with a credit card, you will be charged an additional $8 after initial payment to cover credit card processing fees. An email will auto send to you to make things official!

Cancellation Policy
For reception and PAID ceremony bookings, 50% of your total balance is due at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable deposit to hold your date, and the other 50% of your balance is due 60 days prior to your event. For FREE ceremonies only, if you notify The Brim at LEAST thirty (30) days in advance that you need to cancel or change your reserved time, you are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund. Any changes less than 30 days before your date will receive NO REFUND, regardless of the reason. Notification must be in an email and with acknowledged receipt! Rescheduled events may only be rescheduled to a date occurring in the same calendar year.​ There is a $200 reschedule fee.
