Ready for some holiday fun North of the River? We hear you. Introducing Snowed In, The Brim's new holiday pop-up bar. Hosted in our reception space with gorgeous views, tables at Snowed In at The Brim are available for 2-hour reservations for just $25, and accommodate up to 8 guests per table. Can you have fewer than 8 at your table? Sure, but more people means more fun and more friends to split the table reservation cost! All guests must be 21 and up. Gather your group, make a reservation below, and settle in for a night of cheer and holiday magic.

Savor the season with our exclusive menu of Christmas-themed cocktails, crafted with the flavors and the spirit of the holidays in mind. Each drink is designed to bring warmth and joy to your night out, from cozy eggnogs to refreshing peppermint spritzes. We will also offer standard alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for sale. Charcuterie Boards to Share

For a delightful snack, order one of our signature charcuterie boards, artfully arranged with a selection

of fine meats and cheeses, perfect for sharing with your table. Each board serves up to 8 people and is

available for $50. Please note that charcuterie boards must be ordered in advance to ensure they’re

ready for your reservation. Simply choose the "Table for Up to 8 + Board" Option when checking out.

Please arrive on time for your reservation, as you must be leaving by the end of your two hour time slot

regardless of any late arrivals.

Private and Corporate Parties?

Yes! You can rent the space for 4 hours, fully decorated, for up to 100 guests for $500 plus drink costs while there. To inquire, email Aaron directly at aaron@thebrimkc.com.

"Did you have a company set this up for you?" Apparently, there are companies you can pay to provide cups, menus, decorations, and other necessary items to run a Christmas pop-up bar. We had no idea!

 

So the answer is NO—and we love it!

 

Think thrift store finds, treasures from Grandma’s basement, and countless hours driving around responding to Facebook Marketplace ads. We did it all ourselves, and we believe you’ll feel an experience here like no other in our city. Needless to say, we had a blast creating and perfecting all the drinks on the menu. Cheers!
